Images of houses are commonly used in real estate logos, so the more abstract symbol of a triangle for the letter 'a' was used to represent housing or property. Triangles are also a symbol of strength. For maximum impact of property signage, it was decided that simple lettering combined with the triangle would be most effective. The red was used because it was the existing colour for cusack real estate, but also because of its boldness.
